I guess you could say that this is a continuation of part four-FRUSTRATION. I have been stuck in a big, fat rut since then. The same weight for a few months without budging is starting to get to me. I know people say to change it up...I am trying! Casey and the kids bought me a Wii Fit for Mother's Day. I have started doing that a few days. I have gone up to run the track a few times-now that it is warmer. Yea, 30 pounds is a good start, but come on...there is still that plus more to go!
I have contemplated doing a nasty 4 letter word...DIET. Here is my issure: Any time I have tried a true diet, I have failed miserably. If I take it away, it just makes me want it more. Not only that, it is very hard for me to justify, both with time and money, to have something different for me to eat than the rest of the family. What to do...what to do! HELP!

The thing that helps me the most (and I just started trying to do this again) is to track what I am eating. Not necessarily a diet, but you are much more aware of everything that you eat when you have to write it down and be accountable for it. I am still letting myself have a treat here or there (I can't go without either!) but I am trying to make better choices. We can do this together. Good luck! You look great!
I like Jami's idea. Something that has helped me A LOT is portion control...and balance (limit to one or two treats a day). After about a week, I don't think about sweets all day long. GOOD LUCK and hang in there!!
